Damp Repairs

Damp repairs carried out whether it be an awning rail or furniture walls, flooring, new timbers, etc.

Mobile Servicing

We travel to you and service chassis, running gear, damp checks, brakes, 240v & 12v electric, gas system, windows and body work, fire and safety, water systems, road wheels and tyres.


Fitting accessories such as bike racks, aerials, awnings, sockets, solar panels, etc.

Pre purchase inspections

A visual and damp inspection with the prospective buyer, advice given if problem areas and estimated repair costs. £65 within a 30 mile radius - mileage charges apply thereafter.

Why have your caravan serviced

A caravan is a road vehicle, tyres, brakes, lights and running gear. It's a legal requirement!! Just like your car, they all have moving parts. So not only wheels, brakes and chassis should be inspected, but also has electrical and gas appliances that need to be checked annually, to ensure efficiency and most importantly your safety…
And of course by keeping your van serviced annually, in accordance with your service intervals will maintain any warranties that you may still have on going, and also any issues can be kept an eye on making sure they don't get out of hand and costing you later!!

It's not very often that I put pen to paper, but very good service appears to be becoming a foreign language to many people within the caravan industry. They provide an impression of very little work for maximum price. There is however light at the end of the tunnel. I was recently in my caravan at the Wagtail site in Grantham when the electric fire in our caravan ceased to work. Some weeks prior I'd had the van serviced and been told that the fridge required replacing as it would not work on gas - electric and battery only.

I obtained details of a mobile technician Richard Lawson who trades as Grantham Leisure and some days later he arrived at our van at the appointed time. We discussed the fire and following a few minor checks it burst into life. Until this day the fault goes unexplained. I asked him about the fridge. He examined, listened and undid the igniter button to reveal a AAA which he replaced. 'Bing'. The fridge ignited into life on gas saving me some £800 pounds.

The whole visit cost me a very nominal fee for which I will be eternally grateful. Richard was most respectful, very knowledgeable, efficient, considerate and tidy in his work. Thank you Richard and I would recommend that Companies who use your magazine to advertise new caravans make a note of his company as the standard of pre delivery checks on new caravans arriving on the site that week was non existent.
